ELEVAR EVENT PLANNING CAN INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Charcuterie Catering: This will be tailored to your specific needs, for example:

  Kid finger foods, dessert table, or diet specific needs. Don’t hesitate to make special requests!

• Refreshment Bar: Can be alcoholic or non- alcoholic, for example:

  Build your own margarita bar, juice bar, or mimosa bar.

• Decorating/ Staging Set up:

  We work with your theme or help you create one.

• Create invitations:

  Designed print or digital invites and keep track of RSVP’s

• Curated playlist or live music:

  Tailored to your taste and theme.

• Photography:

  Our founder Livvy Rose Studios can capture the entire event!

• Photo Booth:

  Professional photo booth that saves all the photos from your event, as well as sends each photo to the guests via text.

• Projector set up:

  Can be anything you’d like, for example: movie, slideshow, photos, or logo for marketing.
